3e, 3f, 3g | Monday | 10/20 | 6-6:30pm | Quick Check before Troop Meeting | Check homework from previous class and fitness
program – ensure scout is continuing to complete exercises outlined in his
fitness program
and recording results. | Monday | 11/3 | 6-7pm | Class (no Troop meeting) | Discuss #5, #3a, #3c, #3d (calculate BMI – scout to know his weight and height)

Choosemyplate.gov – create meal plan based on his information and follow meal
plan for 3 days. Scout to also complete
