Thursday, March 20th, 2014  6:30pm-8pm

All of those attending the Keys Trip must complete the requirements for "Snorkeling BSA".  If anyone is absolutely unable to make this class, please contact Mr. Walton to make arrangements.

In order for our Troop to have the permission to snorkel in open water as a troop, we are required that ALL participants earn this award.

Note:  This award can be worn on your Scout bathing Suit, like the "Mile Swim" patch!

Sorry, we can only have the boys going to the Keys trip take this one due to limited space.

To attend this class, here's what you need to do:
  1. Bring Bathing Suit, Towel, and any Mask/Snorkel/Fins that you have.   We have a decent supply from our instructor that the Troop will rent out for you for the Trip, but if you have anything at all, please bring what you have.
  2. Be this location on March 20th, at 6:30PM SHARP
    • This is Lucas Engle's condo pool.
    • Address - 753 Green Valley Lane, Melbourne, FL 32940
    • MAP from Faith Fellowship
    • Driving Instructions from Jaimie Engle  - If you take Wickham to Jordan Blass Drive (the light at the McDonalds near Charlie and Jakes) take it to the second stop sign, which is a 4-way stop at Pinehurst and Saint Andrews. My condo is on the left after you drive through the intersection, and the pool is directly ahead where the road forks between Pine Island Drive and Green Valley Lane. People can just park up and down the street, or near my place which is along the caul-de-sac at the end of Green Valley
    • Lost?  Call Jaimie Engle at 321.684.9757
  3. Show up ON TIME.
  4. If you are going to the Keys and absolutely can not make it - Call the Scoutmaster
