Saturday, November 7th, 2015 - 8:30am at McGrath Baseball Field

This will be our only Food Drive this year, as we are splitting the duty with Pack 337.  We will only be dropping off the bags, but double the area, and the Pack will be collecting food the following week, also double the area.  All Troop 337 Scouts are asked to attend our Annual Food Drive!

Parents and Scouts, please remember this is strictly a Scout event, where parents or siblings should not pass out the bags. Scouts need to be doing it!  We do need Parent Driver Help though (see below)

SIGN UP HERE (whether you can go or not)

Details -  The Food Drive will start Saturday, November 7th at 8:30 a.m-10:30 a.m (OR UNTIL WE FINISH, plan on calling for pickup). It starts at the McGrath Baseball Field Parking Lot. (1975 Stewart Road)  You can also locate this Parking Lot, by opening This Map, which you will see a baseball (which is where the McGrath Baseball Field Parking Lot is).

Expected Attendance - If you cannot go, please use the sign-up for to indicate specific reason. Everyone is expected to attend!

Parent Drivers Needed - We will need around 10-15 drivers, so if you are able to drive, we really need your help! Please have your scout sign you up HERE. Thank you!

Attire - Scouts please wear your Class A, we need to stay in uniform. Wear shoes that will be suitable for being on foot for the duration of the event.

Safety Reminders - Here are a few simple safety reminders. Please remember that you always look both ways before crossing streets, and always remain as safe as possible. Please don't ride in the back of trucks, or the trunks of vans, because it is very unsafe. Parents, please make sure they do not. Please do not interact with strangers unless they ask you questions about why you are doing this service, or where you are taking the food, or something of that sort. The reason that you are doing this service should be pretty obvious. You are doing this to help feed the homeless and their families.
