![]() Both service projects take place at Wickham Park, on the far (North) side of the 1st lake you come to (near the ball fields). This is our chance, as a Troop to reach out to those fighting cancer (many victims will be there), and to supply a flag ceremony for them, setup dinner for them, and help them be seated and serve them. What an awesome opportunity it is to “Help Other People at all Times” FLAG CEREMONY – We need up to six Scouts to perform a Flag Ceremony on stage in front of a lot of people. This involves rehearsal and the ceremony itself.
MILK JUGS - If you have any 1 Gallon Milk Jugs, please rinse them and drop them off in the Fence Yard area at the church by Friday Night. Just put them behind the wooden fence, near the Troop/Pack trailers. These will be used by the Relay for Life folks at the event to launch luminaries out into the lake. Note: Daniel Gattle has Two Saturday Work-Day shifts (8am-12pm, and 12pm-4pm). His later shift conflicts with the Flag ceremony, so please plan accordingly. |
